Paa

Hey,

Balki, there is no point in appreciating how good you are? Absolutely not.

Paa... Its not a movie. It's an expression. Well prepared. Well presented. Well articulated. Only a Balki can think of Raja for such an effort. Raja too is effortless - maestro at work is far more dignified than he ever was in a Hindi movie.

Well, AB - he has crossed all milestones - thats what I thought whenever I saw him last in any movie and he surprises us all over again.

No one will dare to state this. But I will. Why Vidya Balan, Balki. Why Vidya Balan?

You could have chosen someone far better. The role demanded it. May be the production house was working on a shoe string budget and you guys didnt want to take a chance with a new face instead settled down for something which you can afford?

But Paa is one such movie. It will never leave your memory for some time.

Abhishek on his part did well too. God Balki, only you can think of the scenes between Paresh Rawal and Abhishek. Especially where a frustrated father asking his son " Are you a gay?."

There are little political excesses. Things which looks like were forced on the script. Or else it would have become yet another documentary and would have lost in millions of such documentaries.

I understand. Its a thin line. But you did a good job Balki. Keep producing such good works.
